Castigliano bride Karina Hughes, married Gareth Hill on the 9th September 2017 Villa Il Garofalo in Fiesole just outside of Florence, Italy. The bride looked stunning in her Sonnet designer wedding gown. She says:
From the moment I walked into the Knightsbridge store I knew that a Caroline Castigliano dress was for me. I had tried so many wedding dresses and was beginning to lose faith in ever finding the right one. The ladies in Caroline Castigliano were calm, professional and stylish. They made the experience fun and relaxing. I felt like a beautiful princess in my dress.

Gareth proposed on a miserable Bonfire night with a little help from their daughter.
We were getting ready to go out to the fireworks in Battersea Park, when Gareth called me into the dining room. When I went in our daughter (then 15 months old) was holding up a sign saying, ‘will you marry daddy.’ My husband was beside her on one knee with a ring in his hand.
The couple choose to get married in Florence, Italy;
The city is beautiful, romantic and holds special memories for us. When we viewed Villa Il Garofalo we knew that this was the one. The house is associated with Dante, his muse Beatrice and is steeped in history. It is in the Fiesole Hills with a stunning view looking over the entire city of Florence.
Best moment of the day?
It’s hard to pick just one. Possibly the moment I saw my husband’s face as I walked up the aisle and him getting emotional as he shock my dad’s hand.
Any tips for brides-to-be?
Although they seem important, all those little things that you are stressing about really are not that important. Just relax and enjoy the experience and most importantly the big day.
