Jessica and Lawrence's beautiful wedding in South West France
Jessica and Lawrence married at beautiful Chateau de Lartigolle in South West France on the 3rd June. The couple first met at secondary school and became a couple at the tender age of 13, however after their first real date and an awful kiss they decided to call it a day. Little did they know that they would end up bumping in to each other seven years later at a street party in Soho during the weekend of the Royal Wedding. Neither of them expected it be the place for meeting the love of your life, especially not as Lawrence was on a date with someone else, but despite the odds being stacked against them they fell in love.
The couple decided on a wedding in France as it meant their guests could make a holiday out of it and it had a better chance of being sunny on their wedding day. Chateau de Lartigolle offered a beautiful courtyard which meant they could eat outside as well as huge cellar which was the perfect place for dancing into the early hours of the morning.
What was your favourite part of the day?
All of it – we had three separate events! A welcome dinner, the wedding day and then a BBQ. Although I loved the speeches and the dancing the night of the wedding as I could fully relax by that point. The BBQ the next day was a hog roast and it turned into a pool party which was super fun too. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time! The sun was out and on all three days the weather was great!
What did you love the most about your Caroline Castigliano Antibes designer wedding dress?
How beautiful the material was, how it fitted me perfectly – it was just what i had always wanted.
Any tips for brides to be?
To embrace everything and fully enjoy the day. I was quite stressed out and wish I had relaxed a bit more. But i guess every bride will feel that way! i just wanted everything to be perfect and it was!
