Sarah and Daniel's French Chateau wedding
Sarah and Daniel Alpay married on the 11th June 2016 at beautiful Chateau Saint Jeannet, an 11th century fortress built for the defence of France on the hills of the Cote D’Azur.
The couple decided on the venue as they loved the history and beauty of it. Although both the bride and groom are English, the bride’s mother is French and they knew the area well because of family and friends.

The bride looked stunning in a bespoke Caroline Castigliano Romelli designer dress with the Svetlana shrug and Sasha veil.
What did you like most about your Caroline Castigliano wedding dress?
I loved everything about my dress, but I would say i love the versatility of the dress. Being able to take off the shrug in the evening just made it look like a completely different dress. Also having the bustle under the dress to pull up the train was an added benefit.
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
I would say it’s a split between the church and dinner. The whole day was fantastic.
Do you have any tips for brides-to-be?
Accept any help you get from friends, family and the wedding party because there is so much to do! Most of all make sure on the day you and your husband take a few moments together to step back and take it all in.
