All gowns ordered from our Knightsbridge Atelier are made to order in our UK studio.

Using the finest luxury fabrics sourced from France, Italy and Switzerland. Each Caroline Castigliano gown is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, fit and finishing.

Our full Knightsbridge collection is available exclusively at our London Atelier.

A curated selection of designs is also available through our luxury independent stockists worldwide (please see the Stockists section of our website).

We recommend booking your initial bridal appointment approximately 12 months before your wedding date. Many of our gowns use specialty fabrics with longer lead times, and an unhurried fitting schedule allows us to achieve the most beautiful result.

For eventwear, we recommend booking at least four months in advance of your event date.

Appointments typically last 90 minutes, allowing time for discussion, styling advice and trying on gowns in a relaxed, private setting.

To maintain the exclusivity of the Atelier and ensure the highest level of service, we can accommodate the bride plus up to two guests per appointment.

We recommend wearing nude underwear and bringing a strapless bra if you have one. Many brides also find it helpful to bring inspiration images and photos of their wedding venue, which allow your stylist to better understand your vision and overall aesthetic.

Your appointment begins with a conversation about your wedding or event, your personal style and your vision. Your dedicated stylist will then guide you through the collection, suggesting gowns or outfits that best complement your figure, personality and venue. You will have the opportunity to try on selected designs and explore different silhouettes and
fabrics.

Yes. All gowns ordered from our Knightsbridge Atelier are made to measure. Once you have selected your gown, our Head of Fittings will take detailed measurements to ensure a flawless, couture-level fit.

Most brides attend four to five fittings, scheduled throughout the production process, to perfect the fit and finishing of the gown.

Production times vary depending on the design, fabric and time of year. Bridal gowns typically take six to eight months from order to completion. Eventwear lead times are usually shorter.

In some cases, rush orders may be possible depending on design complexity and fabric
availability. Please discuss your timeline with your stylist as early as possible.

Bridal gowns at our Knightsbridge Atelier typically range from £5,000 to £9,000, depending on design, fabric, detailing and customisation. Bespoke couture pieces start from approximately £15,000.

Eventwear pricing typically starts from £3,000. Your stylist will discuss pricing clearly and transparently during your appointment.

Yes. We regularly work with international brides and are happy to tailor fitting schedules to accommodate your travel arrangements.

We are committed to responsible production. All gowns are made to order in the UK, helping to minimise waste, and we prioritise high-quality fabrics designed to last a lifetime.

Occasionally, we hold private sample sales. Availability is limited and details are shared directly with registered clients.

Absolutely. Our bridal stylists will help you complete your look with veils, belts and
accessories. Once your gown has been selected, we can arrange a dedicated accessory appointment.
