SOCIAL MEDIA AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

(Knightsbridge, London or Grantham, Lincolnshire)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day management of social media projects, including content calendar creation and project management. The Social Media & Marketing Executive will report into the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for planning and implementing an effective social media strategy to support all business objectives. You will take direction from the Marketing Manager to execute content for weekly and monthly marketing campaigns across several social media platforms. This role will have a direct link to improving sales and brand awareness.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day to day management of all social media platforms.
  • Drive social media communications & ongoing development of our digital presence.
  • Working with all departments to create maximum awareness of our products, events and initiatives through social media platforms.
  • Implementing social media plans to maintain our luxury profile as the UK’s leading Bridal and evening wear brand
  • Creating and managing content for each social media platform to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Create innovative content formats that will work on social media platforms, such as animation, video, photos, images.
  • Monitoring social media sites, reporting activity and trends using social media monitoring tools.
  • Proactively identifying social media content that may impact our business
  • Build and develop strong relationships with media, influencers, blogger outreach, influencers and stylists
  • Developing reports for social media activity including providing social media analytics to marketing campaign managers and measuring and reporting the overall impact of social media activity on the business.
  • Implementing paid social media marketing initiatives to support the retail and wholesale divisions
  • Develop CRM and creating weekly newsletters
  • Supporting with event organization including in store events and tradeshows
  • Organizing lookbook and campaign shoots

Your experience will include:

  • 2 years + social media and digital communications experience
  • Proven experience of using and developing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google +, Youtube, WordPress, Linked In) to promote and build a brand
  • Excellent written and copywriting skills
  • Demonstrable skills of increasing social media engagement and managing social media campaigns, being able to work well in a team, show attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Create Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics & reporting

MARKETING MANAGER

(Knightsbridge, London or Grantham, Lincolnshire)

An exciting opportunity has risen in our fast growing company for a multi-talented marketing manager looking to join a growing luxury niche brand. This role requires someone who is a self-motivated, proactive and capable of taking ownership of projects and driving strategies forward. Must be a strong communicator and copywriter.

Candidate Profile

  • You will have minimum of 5 years marketing experience within the luxury industry
  • Creative thinker and self-starter, excited to contribute new ideas and help develop the brand
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, multitask, prioritise and cope under pressure
  • Methodical and excellent administrator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable presentation
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Strong follow through with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build a full 360 marketing strategy across all customers touch points to drive acquisition and awareness through social media, email marketing, content, influencers and PR
  • Responsible for overseeing content creation including lookbook and campaign photoshoots and retouching
  • Grow social channel engagement and apply across PR, Retail and Wholesale
  • Monitor and analyse performance of online marketing initiatives and social media for all programs against key measurements of success
  • Manage all interview and press requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers and stylists
  • Secure partnership arrangements and collaborations
  • Coordinate global marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Support with all event activities including planning, project management and coordination with third parties
  • Develop programs that grow the business through recruitment of clients, their engagement and retention via regular qualitative client interactions and all types of international and exclusive private experiences
  • Maintaining and developing wholesale customer relations. Map potential wholesale customers and generate new customer opportunities for the business
  • Coordinating and scheduling showroom appointments ahead of tradeshows
  • Oversee the redevelopment and maintenance of the website and e-commerce platform, ensure the website is functioning efficiently
  • Coordination and supervision of all strategic CRM activities, management of customer database (update/maintain)
  • Manage the marketing budget

Knowledge Skills

  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience managing Adwords and paid social campaigns
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment, responding calmly and effectively
  • Experience of using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords, and the interpretation of their results
  • Experience executing CRM campaigns, leveraging data driven research & analysis driving strategic direction.
  • Practical knowledge of appropriate software tools and packages (WordPress, Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Microsoft Office etc.)
